This session is designed for groups who have already written a first draft of their business plan and are ready to test it before putting it in front of funders, partners, the community or other stakeholders.

We will discuss:

Financial projections – moving beyond budgets. The importance and value of 3 key financial projections in a business plan – Profit & Loss, Cashflow and Balance Sheet

Testing and improving your business plan

Tools you can use to assess your business plans

Questions your business plan should be able to answer

This session will be delivered online and are open to all Big Local areas.

There will be three other sessions within the Future Funding series.

10th February 6-7:30pm - Business planning for beginners with Stir to Action

11th February 6-7:30pm - Business planning, next steps (intermediate) with Stir to Action

26th February 6-7:30pm - Bid writing with Stir to Action

You can attend both the beginners and intermediate Business Planning sessions. The beginner's session will provide a good basis for the second session.
