There's no specific dress code. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and reflects your personal style. Some participants choose to wear comfortable clothing for activities like yoga or meditation, but it's entirely up to you.

Absolutely! Our workshops are open to women of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Whether you're new to self-discovery and personal growth or have been on this journey for a while, you'll find value in our circle.

Is What I Share During the Workshop Confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is of utmost importance in our women's circle workshops. As an ICF Coach it is of the up most important to create a safe and respectful space. What is shared within the circle is considered confidential, and all participants are encouraged to respect each other's privacy.
