</h2><p>Next go to <strong>Catering and Hospitality</strong> </p><p>Our knife skills training will give you valuable tips and pointers on chopping techniques to make your job in the kitchen easier! Join us for this 3-week course to learn how to slice, dice and more. We’ll also look at how to sharpen a knife, and the different knives that you may (or may not!) need. You will observe a professional chef and then have a chance to practice yourself. We will make a delicious meal and eat all together at the end of the session.</p><p>Please advise if you have any dietary requirements we should be aware of during the registration.</p><p></p>
