IHSCM High Performance Leadership Workshop Series

This series is designed for new & existing leaders in health & social care to equip them with the skills needed to foster effective teamwork

Join us for this IHSCM High Performance Leadership for the 2020s workshop series lead by Dudley Sawyerr FIHSCM, Director of People Care Services.

These workshops are designed as 4 x 1 hour online sessions, each building on from the previous one. Please note you will need to book for each date you wish to attend and whilst individual modules are available to book, they are most effective when completed in order.

The modules will be held 12-1pm on the following dates:

Module 1 - 24th March

Module 2 - 12th May

Module 3 - 23rd June

Module 4 - 14th July

This series is FREE for IHSCM members*. For those who are not yet members of the IHSCM Tickets are £150.00 per module (incl. VAT).

Certification

After your participation in each module, you will receive an electronic certificate which reflects your participation and module number. In keeping with reducing our carbon footprint, wherever possible, we ask you to print out or save this module information and certificate your end.

*Please note you will need to enter your IHSCM membership number to qualify for the free ticket option. You can find your membership number by:

- logging into your IHSCM account www.ihm.org.uk/profile/

- clicking on the 'Members' tab and choosing 'My Account' from the drop down list

- click the blue 'view and update you member profile' button

- your IHM number will be at the top of the page under personal details
