Moving on Up Talking Hub: Employees of the Future

Moving on Up - Newham

An event specific to young black men in Newham aged 16-24 who're seeking employment.
Find out what's needed from "Employees of the Future"!

Following our first successful event to celebrate National Employability Day, the Moving on Up programme launches it's 2nd event, and first in the MoUTH series (Moving on Up Talking Hub). This event centres around the topic of "Employees of the Future" and what's needed from them to achieve success.MoUTH events are open-forum events where questions are encouraged on all topics. They're designed to provide specific support and advice via engagement and interaction from attendees, to ensure that you receive information relevant to YOU! We have two guest speakers talking at this event, giving their unique perspective on what employers are looking for in the current climate, and advertising some of the job opportunities they have access too. A representative from each of the key delivery partners involved with the Moving on Up programme will also be speaking, to detail what service the Moving on Up beneficiaries can expect to receive from us.Q&A sessions will be available with everyone speaking at the event, and you can send through your questions before/after the event, so we can provide tailored solutions for you.The full agenda for the event will be added here soon, and the call will take place via a Zoom video call. Please note, the session will be recorded, so please feel free to disable your camera and communicate by chat if you prefer.Once you have signed up to attend, we will reach out to get you registered in full to the Moving on Up programme, allowing you to be kept in the loop of all future opportunities across the next 2 years!
