Sound vibrations work with your body to rebalance, de-stress and assist healing, or simply as a beautiful way to cleanse and relax. Sound healing is very effective in many areas including stress, anxiety, pain and sleep. It can assist on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion. Every sound bath experience is different and very personal to you.A soothing sound bath by candlelight. Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, while you are held in a safe healing space. Followed by tea and cake to ground.Bring a mat, blankets, pillows - whatever makes you comfy! Please arrive 15 mins before to be able to get comfy. We will begin at 7:00pm.
