About this event

The aim of this online workshop is to build confidence so you can help someone in a first aid emergency, using the objects that you have around you.

During this workshop you will:

Learn essential first aid skills, including how to help someone who has a broken bone, is bleeding heavily or having a heart attack or stroke.

Build confidence and willingness to help in a first aid emergency

Consider other sources of support

Have the opportunity to connect with others while working together on activities
