I’m on a mission to help 200 women reclaim their time, energy, and joy—and I’m starting with two masterclasses in January called “Reclaim.” FREE 15-minute taster session for groups of women who are:· Sick of racing thoughts and fed up and exhausted of thinking· Unable to get out to do the things you need and want to do- or maybe you're just doing the things you need to get by· Finding it difficult to speak to or relate to others as you're stuck in your own head· Frozen and don’t know what to do or where to go next· Scared of the physical feelings you can’t explain such as palpitations, getting really sweaty or feeling jittery (like you’ve had too many coffees) and wondering what’s wrong with you· Fed up of putting your needs on the sideline as you’ve put others first for so long*some of these may applyIn this powerful taster session, I’ll cover: 🌿 The forgotten power; harnessing nature to support your mental wellbeing🌿 Using nature as a way to ease anxiety - practical strategies to stop the worry cycle and regain rational thinking🌿 A simple 5-minute daily practice that can instantly boost energy and lift your mood.
