<h3>Life With Full Attention Eight Week Meditation Course</h3> <h4>Life is full of good intentions, but how do we make them stick? Establishing a new habbit takes time and effort. Change is more effective with a guide and practicing with others.</h4>Using mindfulness as a tool we can learn to work with thoughts to become more creative and energetic, and better able to face life’s challenges.Life with Full Attention is a practical course that puts mindfulness back into its Buddhist context. While considering the demands of modern life, the course guides us towards the limitless potential of our mind and reality itself.Mondays 8 weeks, 20th Jan - 10th March, 7:15 - 9:45 The course includes a book and app.The course is offered on a donation basis. Suggested amount in tickets.
