What should I bring to the event?

Notepad, pen and details of the project you are looking to fund including who your services are aimed at, what exactly needs to be funded and approximately how much is needed.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It would help but don't worry if you are unable to.

Question 3

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Accepted Answer

We understand that sometimes things change, if you can't attend please pass your ticket to a colleague who could come along instead.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Our event takes place entirely on the ground floor of the Dobbie Hall, which is wheelchair accessible. If you would like any further information on this, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Question 5

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

We completely understand that many of our local groups are run by volunteers who have commitments outside of their group, including childcare. Children are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, but we would ask everyone to be mindful and respectful of each other.
