How to operate effectively when there’s always too much to do

This time management course will not leave you juggling lots of fancy new techniques to be more efficient. It does not promise to conquer your to-do list. You are not a machine, and there will always be more demands on your time.Instead, we will take an honest look at how Reading’s non-profit sector staff and volunteers can operate effectively in the face of so many competing demands for their energy and attention. We will share our experiences of the pressures we face at work, discussing some of the factors at play. Then, collectively, we will enjoy the space to step back and reflect together on how we can best equip ourselves to focus each day on what really matters.About the trainer:Susannah Randall, Coaching Reading.
