FREE online Yoga and Qigong  for children & young people OVER the age of 10 up to 25 with additional needs & disabilities in Lewisham

Encourage your children and young people to take part in our fun Yoga and Qigong sessions.Both are very beneficial for relaxing, reducing anxiety, exercise and having fun.Parents/carers can join in with the children and young people.Please note that safeguarding our young people is a priority.
