She has worked at Cambridge for nine years in roles covering community engagement, employee experience, program management, and developing international qualifications for learners and teachers. Before joining the education sector, Vicky worked in the international museums sector, managing cultural partnership programs, legal and ethical compliance for cultural collections, and developing touring exhibitions. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and communities to tell their stories and create the change they want to see.Heidi Mulvey - Head of Community Engagement, Cambridge University Press and Assessment Heidi champions charity partnerships and volunteering across Cambridge University Press and Assessment globally, promoting engagement between Cambridge’s international offices and their local communities. She has worked in publishing for thirty years and was part of the trailblazer group for the Publishing Apprenticeship Program, improving social mobility and access for young people entering the industry. She is motivated by the potential that comes from collaboration between organizations and their communities to help people reach their potential.Sarah Coates - Partner and ESG Board Member at Tees Sarah Coates is a partner at Tees Law and head of their Cambridge commercial property team. Recognised as a Leading Individual by Legal 500, she has practiced as a solicitor in Cambridge for over 17 years and has a broad practice base in landlord and tenant, corporate real estate, secured lending, and development. Tees Law is passionate about community support and engagement, seeing it as a vital part of their business. Sarah is a member of Tees Law’s ESG Board and works to embed the community engagement piece across the business.Surjit Deuer - Senior ESG Manager, Mills &amp; Reeve Surj is a Senior ESG Manager passionate about integrating ESG principles into the legal sector. As a member of the Responsible Business &amp; ESG leadership team, Surj collaborates with diverse stakeholders to drive responsible business practices into everyday strategic and operational decision-making. Surj enjoys speaking with clients to understand how they are minimizing risks and embracing opportunities to become more environmentally and socially sustainable. She is personally driven by how businesses can collaborate to drive long-term positive impact in areas such as social mobility, workplace health and well-being, workplace inequalities, and wider societal injustices.Neil Pearson - Head of ESG and Social Value at Mills &amp; Reeve LLP Neil is the Head of ESG and Social Value at Mills &amp; Reeve. In this role, Neil coordinates the firm’s strategy to embed ESG within its business, working on developing the strategy and identifying, implementing, and measuring metrics to assess and improve ESG performance. Neil also works with clients to help them develop and implement their ESG strategies and collaborates with lawyers across the business to help them better understand how ESG impacts their clients. Outside of this role, Neil was a partner in the corporate tax team, gaining national recognition and expertise in social finance. He has worked with social enterprises, charities, and impact investors and has helped companies encourage employee share ownership.
