Amcanion Cyfres Arweinyddiaeth Estynedig DARPL / DARPL Enhanced Leadership Series Aims <ul><li>Amcanion y gyfres yw rhoi cyfle i'r garfan CPEY o arweinwyr ac ymarferwyr i:</li><li>Cydnabod gwerth a phwysigrwydd dysgu proffesiynol gwrth-hiliol fel continwwm ar draws y blynyddoedd cynnar, gofal plant a gwaith chwarae.</li><li>Galluogi gwerthfawrogiad o ffyrdd newydd o weithio ar gyfer newid critigol gweithredol cynaliadwy trwy arweinyddiaeth broffesiynol wrth-hiliol.</li><li>Rhannu profiadau rhwng cyfoedion drwy sgwrs ar gyfer datblygu cymuned ymarfer.</li><li>Galluogi arweinwyr i ddatblygu/cyfrannu at gynlluniau strategol sy'n cyd-fynd ag Argymhellion Adroddiad yr Athro Charlotte Williams a Chynllun Gweithredu Cymru Gwrth-Hiliol Llywodraeth Cymru (ARWAP).</li><li>Defnyddio a chyd-greu offer ac adnoddau i arfarnu a llywio eu diwylliant sefydliadol eu hunain yn feirniadol.</li><li>Archwilio a datblygu llythrennedd hiliol.</li></ul>The ELS aims are to provide the CPEY cohort of leaders and practitioners with the opportunity to:<ul><li>Recognise the value and importance of anti-racist professional learning as a continuum across early years, childcare and playwork.</li><li>Enable an appreciation of new ways of working for sustainable active critical change through anti-racist professional leadership.</li><li>Share peer to peer experiences through dialogue for community of practice development.</li><li>Enable leaders to develop/contribute to strategic plans aligned with Prof. Charlotte Williams’ Report Recommendations and Welsh Government Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP).</li><li>Use and co-construct tools and resources to critically appraise and inform their own organisational culture.</li><li>Explore and develop racial literacy.</li></ul>

Canlyniadau Cyfres Dysgu Proffesiynol DARPLAr ôl cwblhau'r gyfres hon gyda DARPL yn llwyddiannus, bydd y garfan CPEY yn barod i:<ul><li>Adnabod arweinyddiaeth gwrth-hiliol ac ymarfer proffesiynol.</li><li>Codi ymwybyddiaeth drwy hunanfyfyrio dilys estynedig, gan gynnwys archwiliadau o “wynder” (whiteness), dynameg pŵer mewn arweinyddiaeth ac ymarfer proffesiynol.</li><li>Diffinio (o fewn eu cyd-destun proffesiynol eu hunain) arferion allweddol arweinyddiaeth gwrth-hiliol ac ecwiti hil.</li><li>Arwain / creu mannau diogel a dewr yn eu sefydliadau/ymarfer proffesiynol drwy ddiwygio polisi ac ymarfer.</li><li>Creu deunyddiau, polisi ac adnoddau i gefnogi ymarfer a lles proffesiynol gwrth-hiliol.</li><li>Gweithredu dysgu proffesiynol yng nghyd-destun eu gwaith eu hunain.</li><li>Ymchwilio i'r heriau / rhwystrau sy'n bodoli i arweinwyr wrth symud o arfer cynhwysol cyffredinol i ddiwylliant sefydliadol cyfan gwrth-hiliol.</li><li>Datblygu meddwl beirniadol am degwch hiliol yn ymarferol. DARPL ELS Professional Learning Outcomes</li></ul>On successful completion of the DARPL Enhanced Leadership Series, the CPEY cohort will be equipped to:<ul><li>Recognise anti-racist leadership and professional practice.</li><li>Raise awareness through extended authentic self-reflection including explorations of whiteness, power dynamics in leadership and professional practice.</li><li>Define (within their own professional context) key practices of anti-racist leadership and race equity.</li><li>Lead / engender safe and brave spaces within their organisations/professional practice through policy and practice reform.</li><li>Create materials, policy, and resources to support anti-racist professional practice and wellbeing.</li><li>Implement professional learning through in the context of their own work.</li><li>Investigate the challenges / barriers that exist for leaders when shifting from generic inclusive practice to anti-racist whole organisational culture.</li><li>Develop critical thinking on race equity in practice.</li></ul>
