Launch of public consultation on proposals for a better social security (welfare benefits) system, by the Commission on Social Security

About the eventEveryone knows current welfare benefits are failing, but what would be a better approach? Last year the Commission on Social Security issued a Call for Solutions asking for suggestions for a better system. There were over 1,000 responses. The Commission now wants to ask what you think about 8 ideas it has identified.The online launch event will <ul><li>Unveil the Commission’s proposals</li><li>Explain how you can have your say </li><li>Provide information on getting involved in the consultation </li><li>Have British Sign Language interpretation and live subtitles</li></ul>Please register for the event and further details will then be sent to you nearer the time.
