This March we celebrate International Women’s Day with the theme, “Accelerate Action”. At the current rate of progress, <a href="https://www.internationalwomensday.com/Theme" title="https://www.internationalwomensday.com/Theme" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">it will take 134 years</a>, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity in 2158, according to data from the World Economic Forum. Swift and decisive steps are needed to achieve gender equality, especially in the workforce. Dr. Rassheedah Watts,  The Inclusive Community Architect®Dr. Rassheedah Watts, The Inclusive Community Architect®, is an award-winning Diversity Strategist and dynamic keynote speaker renowned for her ability to transform conversations on equity and justice into actionable change. Dr. Rassheedah is the author of two books, How To Be An Ally And Create Inclusion Using The A.C.A. Pillars: A 3-Step Approach To Effective Allyship and “Black Womb Dialogues: A Poetic Intersection of Womanhood and Blackness” available on Amazon. She also produced and hosted the Diversity Minute televised series with CCX Media, currently viewable on YouTube.Over the last decade, Dr.Rassheedah's successfully helped organizations build stronger connected communities. Nicki Eyre FRSA, Director at Conduct ChangeNicki Eyre, Founder and Director of <a href="https://www.conductchange.co.uk/" title="https://www.conductchange.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Conduct Change</a>, has experienced both opportunity and adversity during her career, including her own experience of feeling bullied at work. Since that time, she has dedicated her career to raising awareness of the impact of bullying and harassment as well as offering practical and pragmatic solutions to organisations who want to prevent bullying, harassment and sexual harassment. She recognises the scale of the problem at both an organisational and individual level and is able to bring her wealth of experience to her role as a consultant, speaker and trainer.She founded Conduct Change as a result of her passion for working with individuals and businesses to prevent and resolve workplace bullying and harassment through the development of meaningful prevention activities for organisations to ensure that everyone feels heard, valued and respected in the workplace. She is an advocate of building a workplace which is psychologically safe, with a particular interest in tackling workplace bullying and harassment as part of an overall approach to improving workplace culture and wellbeing.​She also leads the work of the <a href="https://www.stophurtatwork.org/" title="https://www.stophurtatwork.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Stop Hurt at Work</a> campaign as they research and campaign for the implementation of effective routes to redress for individuals, both in terms of approach and legislation, which led to the introduction of the Bullying and Respect at Work Bill in 2023.She has spoken at events both in the UK and internationally through a range of media as both a keynote speaker and a panel member at conferences, as well as being invited as an expert voice on national radio and television, and a BBC Ideas documentary.Nicki is a Member of the International Association on Workplace Bullying &amp; Harassment and was also invited to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in recognition of her work in this area.
