Monarch Solicitors will be hosting their 3rd webinar in the employment series at 1pm on 23rd September 2020.

Shazda Ahmed and Kelsey Whitehouse will be focusing on employment contracts and the key changes implemented from 6th April 2020 under the Employment Rights Act 1996. 
The webinar will provide a basic overview of the following: 
-	Legal requirement for a written statement of particulars. 
-	Who is affected by the change in legislation? 
-	Key terms to be provided under Section 1.
-	Consequences of non-compliance.
