Northern Chamber Orchestra Soloists

The Northern Chamber Orchestra was established in 1967 and has a long history of providing high quality classical music to audiences across the North of England. It is the resident orchestra at the Buxton Festival and Orchestra in Association at Manchester’s Stoller Hall and has performed under the directorship of Nicholas Ward for over 30 years. The NCO has always attracted top soloists who love the freedom that working with a true ‘chamber’ orchestra affords, and in recent years has shared a stage with such stars as Raphael Wallfisch, Martin Roscoe, (the orchestra’s President and Vice-president respectively), Jennifer Pike, Chloë Hanslip, Jess Gillam and Freddy Kempf.

If you have specific access needs, please forward your confirmation email to siobhan@ncorch.co.uk with the access information after purchase. There is also the option to purchase a &#x27;ticket&#x27; for the online stream - this will be available to watch from the following day for a week and the link will be sent directly to you.If another lockdown is put in place, tickets will be refunded. If you would like to purchase a season ticket for all three 2020 concerts at a discounted price (3 October, 31 October, 5 December), please email info@ncorch.co.uk to arrange. You can purchase a season ticket to attend in person or online. Please note that the car park behind the Heritage Centre is chargeable before 6pm.
