According to Albert Einstein, "creativity is intelligence having fun." Meanwhile David Bowie urged us to “turn and face the strange”. Those of us who work in the creative sector know that creativity comes in many forms, from making work, writing and designing to finding ingenious ways to save time and money. As creatives, we depend on being able to do both.

New ideas are our fuel, and the creative sector is often where innovation happens first. In many ways, creatives have always been the ‘canaries in the mineshafts’, disrupting markets and revenue streams for better or worse, and creating new opportunities for creators and consumers alike.

But with business as usual having gone out of the window for many of us, we need to be thinking more than ever about what comes next. About what business ‘not as usual’ might look like. How might you change your game? Where are the new possibilities, which are the right ones for you, and how might you make them a reality?
