Are tickets available on the day?

Please note there may be a limited amount of tickets available on the day, but not guaranteed and will be a higher price so it is advisable to book in advance.

Question 3

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You need to bring the ticket with the QR code on it, either printed or downloaded to your phone. Email confirmations will not be accepted.

Is my ticket transferable?

Subject to availability and additional costs may apply where applicable. Please contact event organiser directly.

What time is the event open?

We have 2 sessions available - 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. Choose which one you would like to attend, or choose our VIP STAY ALL DAY option!!! Please note, all attractions will be closed between 1pm-2pm but you can stick around, have some food, recharge your batteries ready for part 2!

I no longer wish to / cannot attend, can I get a refund?

Is there parking at the event?

Parking is available and free of charge.

Will there be toilets at the event?

Yes, toilets will be available.

Can I take my dog?

Only well behaved dogs will be allowed. They must be on their leads at all times and any mess is cleaned up.

Is there a place to store my belongings

No, all items will need to be left at your own risk.

Can I stay all day?

Accepted Answer

Yes with our special VIP All Day ticket. However, all attractions will close between 1pm-2pm.

I just want to watch - is that possible?

You will need to purchase a spectator ticket for £3.

Question 13

Can I go on with my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, providing you have a valid ticket. Please note, not all attractions are suitable for adults so you will not be able to use those attractions.

What should I wear?

We advise wearing comfortable items. Socks are a MUST!

Can I wear my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Shoes are not permitted on the inflatables but socks MUST be worn.

Can I wear my glasses on the inflatables?

Accepted Answer

Where possible, glasses should be removed for the safety of all participants. Where glasses cannot be removed, numbers may be limited on the unit to factor this in and other participants warned. Non-prescription glasses/sunglasses MUST be removed.

Do you accept cash and card payments on the day?

Yes, all vendors accept both.

Question 18

Will all attractions  be open on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes - subject to any Health and Safety restrictions. Please note, if winds exceed 24mph, all inflatables will be closed until it is deemed safe to re-open.

Will I get a partial refund if something is not open?

Do you offer discounts/concessions for carers etc?

Anyone requiring a carer can get a free carers ticket Relevant proof may be required. Please contact the organisers for further advice.
