Will this course upset me?

We will be discussing possibly triggering subjects, so please let your instructor know before the course if there are any subjects you may find difficult.

Can I opt out of sections of the course if I feel overwhelmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your instructor will keep reminding you all that you can opt-out if needed. Your instructor will make you feel very comfortable and offer a very safe and engaging environment.

Question 3

Are there any written or practical assesments?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no written assessments. There is a workbook that everyone will work through but this is not assessed.  There are no practical assessments but you will be taking part in group discussions.
