<p>In the mood for dancing? Local Zumba coach, Helen Collier, is bringing a FREE &amp; official Zumba Fitness Class to The Farmstead for our Move N'Groove Day. Using a mixture of great musical rhythms, from Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Bachata, blending fast and slow tempos, fun choreography, you’ll be carried into the atmosphere without realising you’re getting fit! You can’t go wrong, all moves are encouraged and shaking and shimmying is a must. Attendees require comfortable clothing, trainers and a bottle of water for the breaks. Each ticket admits one for FREE!</p>
