The Ethos of Inclusion is an opportunity to inform, strengthen and enhance your/your organisation's approach to best practices around inclusion.During this workshop we will be holding space to come together and share conditions for safe practices within the sector. We will be exploring up-to-date examples of inclusive culture and the essential frameworks to refresh your inclusion toolkit. With a focus on audiences, we will consider the relevance of practice and place and the dynamic they play in inclusion considerations.This training will be facilitated by Kamina Walton, an artist and qualified Relational Dynamics Leadership Coach. She has been coaching sector leaders, artists and creatives in the SW region and beyond for the past three years. Clients have included Watershed Media Centre, Bristol Old Vic, West of England Combined Authority (WECA) and Bristol Festivals Network.Kamina is also Founder and Non-executive director of Rising Arts Agency, a Bristol-based social enterprise empowering young people to collectively aspire, provoke and mobilise towards radical cultural change.
