Andro and Eve are a queer arts organisation who collaborate with LGBTQ+ artists to provide accessible programmes of creative opportunities and events in South Yorkshire. They programme and produce arts and culture that explores queer stories, focusing on voices that are otherwise marginalised, to reflect and celebrate the diversity that exists within the LGBTQIA community.Andro and Eve are also facilitators of Gender Awareness training, working with organisations to develop understanding around equity for trans and non-binary people. Since 2021 they have worked with businesses, charities, educational establishments and public bodies across the UK delivering Gender Awareness training to hundreds of people.

Andro & Eve's Gender Awareness Training is designed for individuals and organisations who want to build more equitable and inclusive policies and practices to support trans, non-binary and gender minoritised clients and customers.

This live Q&amp;A is to help organisations find out more about Andro and Eve's range of<a href="https://androandeve.com/gender-awareness-training/" title="https://androandeve.com/gender-awareness-training/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Gender Awareness Training</a> sessions, helping you to understand the content and how they are delivered.These sessions are available to book for businesses and organisations who want to support teams to build more equitable and inclusive policies and practices to support trans, non-binary and gender minoritised clients, customers and service users.  Our training offer includes;<ul><li>1 hour Gender Awareness Online Introductory Session</li><li>3 hour Gender Awareness Foundation</li><li>Gender Beyond the Binary</li><li>Gender Awareness training: Going Further</li></ul>And new for 2025 - Training Days incorporating one or more of the sessions above and/ or a bespoke session tailored to your organisation.Our training sessions raise awareness of different issues affecting trans and non-binary people in the UK today and are pitched at different levels to support team members at different stages of learning and development.T﻿his live Q&amp;A will feature a talk from Andro and Eve's Artistic Director / Chief Executive, Finn Warman, who will share further information about each training session. There'll also be the chance to ask questions about which training session might be the best fit for your team, or any other queries you may have. These can be submitted anonymously in advance of the Q&amp;A.It's a great opportunity to get a sense of the training content, how it's delivered and to meet the team behind the development of these unique and highly relevant sessions.As one previous training participant said ‘I found the training very useful, particularly the opportunity to discuss gender issues in a safe principled space. From the training, I got a much better understanding of current equalities legislation, the barriers to acceptance that trans people face today and how to be a better ally for all people that fall under the LGBTQ+ umbrella’.ACCESS: This session takes place online via Zoom.
