In this workshop, we will explore shared ways of working that can contribute to better technology procurement.

We’d like to invite you to a virtual workshop, to discuss opportunities for establishing shared ways of working that can contribute to better technology procurement innovation in London. The session will be moderated by <a href="https://www.public.io/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">PUBLIC</a>, commissioned to support LOTI in this workstream.The session will focus on steps in technology procurements that would benefit from greater collaborative working, and where LOTI may play a role in joining up work between members. For instance: <ul><li>Leveraging joint commissioning and joint procurements to increase value for money and maximise economies of scale</li><li>Sharing intelligence about engagements with innovative suppliers, including the outcomes of soft market testing and pilots</li><li>Opportunities to align approaches or resources for managing contracts and relationships with shared suppliers</li></ul>The discussion will focus on outlining the shared challenges and the feasibility of potential solutions. With all boroughs invited, we will break out participants into small working groups led by a moderator before wrapping up collectively. In advance of the session next week, please review and contribute to ranking the five highest priority problems in this shared JamBoard by CoP this Friday 25th Sept.
