In our next talk on the menstrual cycle, Rachel Morgan will talk about the changes that take place in our bodies during menopause and the symptoms that might occur as a result of these changes.This talk will cover the hormonal changes that take place during the menopausal transition, how our brains change, why other systems in our bodies need to be supported at this time, the most common symptoms and steps you can take to address them.Although Rachel will talk about the naturopathic approach to health and well-being and how herbs may be used to support the various stages of menopause, the discussion is intended to be more broad-ranging and include other treatment options and practical steps that you can take to help you transition more smoothly into the next phase of your life.If you cannot attend in person, a recording of the event will be made available to those that registered once it is ready.About RachelRachel Morgan is an herbalist, aromatherapist and naturopath practising in Hove and Brighton.She has also studied endobiogenic medicine, which involves detailed study of the endocrine system.Rachel has worked with many clients going through perimenopause and has given several talks on the naturopathic approach to health and well-being and how herbs may be used to support the various stages of menopause.
