Do I need any equipment?

Accepted Answer

No, yoga mats & towels will be provided.  However, feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable, such as an eye mask, or comfortable blanket, pillow or cushion.

What shall I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothes to be able to move freely in. Blankets are provided to keep warm during the relaxation section.

Question 3

Do I need to know how to dance?

Accepted Answer

No! You just move to the music according to how you feel at the time, or simply just sway!

Question 4

How many participants are there?

Accepted Answer

There will be a maximum of 10 participants in order to ensure the quality of the Reiki therapy being given.

What happens on the day?

Accepted Answer

We will open the circle, set the intention for the event then start with a powerful Flow Dance meditation,  moving to healing music , working through all your chakras , releasing what doesn't serve us. We will then  lie on the yoga mats to receive hands on Reiki therapy, leaving you fully relaxed!
