Authentic Expansion Day Event!
Get out of you head, into your body and express yourself authentically. Strip back the masks, dissolve the stories and feel seen, heard and held from the inside out.
If you...
✨ Get stuck in your head overthinking, you've had therapy, understand your trauma and patterns, you intellectualise your emotions, you’ve talked about experiences, but it’s only gotten you so far✨ Are afraid of being too much, so you minimise your needs, emotions and expression, feeling you have to hold it all on your own.✨ Wearing a mask, showing up as the version of yourself others expect. It’s exhausting, isn’t it?✨ Feel reactive, overwhelmed, low energy, and disconnected from yourself, pushing down your emotions and negative spiralling.✨Know you are here for more but you are still playing small, hiding and minimising yourself, afraid of what your family or that one person from secondary school will think.
Imagine...
❤️‍🔥 Being authentic, feeling free to express your emotions and communicate without worrying about what other people think and trying to manage their experience.❤️‍🔥 Trusting yourself, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, protecting your energy and nurturing your growth without feeling guilty for choosing yourself.❤️‍🔥 Responding to the world and triggers rather than reacting. Being able to deal with your emotions in a healthy way, and choose how you show up in the world no longer dictated by your stories, wounds and conditioning.❤️‍🔥 Feeling safe in your body. To have to capacity to hold yourself when you are triggered. To see, hear and love the parts of you that get activated so you can be more present.❤️‍🔥Creating nourishing relationships, where you feel truly you and you can feel seen, heard and held.
Welcome to Authentic Expansion!
What to expect:✨Shadow Work that illuminates your blockages and wounds and transforms your inner world.✨Somatic Practices to connect with you body and dissolve energetic blockages keeping you stuck.✨Meditations drawing on the wisdom of your inner knowing and guidance.✨A held empowering space with like hearted souls to share deeply and be seen, heard and supported. A 5 hour Authentic Expansion journey, combining shadow work, somatic and emotional processing, internal family systems, and nervous system regulation among a group of epic humans. It’s designed to help you understand your patterns at a deeper level, and create an embodied somatic shift of your relationship to yourself, others, emotions, communication, thoughts and life. Come join us for a transformative experience where you can uncover blockages, strip away the masks, connect with like-souled beings, and unlock a new way of being beyond your conditioning, trauma, wounds and stories where you choose more of your life and share your light with this world. iNow is the time to embody your authentic self! It's time to come back home to yourself.Get it in your calendar and get ready for a day filled with realness and empowerment.
