Course Description
The course requires no prior knowledge in Chinese and it aims to provide you with a basic knowledge of the Chinese economy, aspects of contemporary Chinese human relations and behaviour. It will also provide you with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language that is used commonly in the business environment and how to read simple business documents in Chinese. By the end of the courses (Chinese Beginners 1 and Chinese Beginners 2), students are expected to have mastered 70-80 commonly used Chinese characters and will know how to use some very simple Chinese expressions.

From 12th October to 18th December 2020 (10 weeks) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00- 9:40 (UK time)
The last session (18th December) will be an inquiry based session. You will be provided with self-guided study materials for the session. It is an opportunity to any course related questions and to provide feedback.
