Feel free to hop on at 8:15pm. 1️⃣ Intro &amp; Demo – we’ll start with a brief introduction where I’ll explain the benefits of breathwork and walk you through the technique. 2️⃣ The Journey Begins – get super cosy on your mat or bed, pop in your headphones, and let me guide you through a powerful 30-minute breathwork session—with sound, movement, and positive affirmations to deepen the experience. 3️⃣ Integration &amp; Relaxation – sink into 5–10 minutes of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to absorb the shifts. 4️⃣ Closing &amp; Sharing – we’ll return together for an optional sharing session, or you can simply log off and glide into sleep! No experience needed—just an open mind, open heart and a willingness to breathe! <h3>Why Breathwork?</h3>Did you know we take over 20,000 breaths a day?
