A two day event with Barbara Abeles from Argentina.

We are very pleased to welcome Barbara Abeles to teach for the first time for KIY. Barbara is a Level 3 lyengar Yoga teacher from Argentina. She has been practicing Yoga for 26 years and lyengar Yoga for 20 years. Since 2013 she has spent time every year studying with the lyengar family in Pune.Barbara teaches regular online classes and workshops from Argentina. She has also taught workshops in Uruguay, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.Her classes are active and dynamic. She is able to convey an understanding of the kind of yoga practice that creates an awareness of what we do and why we do it, at every moment.She will be teaching a three hour general level workshop on Saturday the 22nd of March and a four hour intermediate level workshop on Sunday the 23rd of March.
