An exciting opportunity for organisations and communities to come together to improve the health and well being of our local population

Nottingham West Primary Care Network (PCN) would like you to join us at our Broxtowe Together event on 19 November - we hope this event will be an exciting opportunity to continue to develop our relationships and connections with the wider community across Nottingham West.

This is just the start of a journey where we can create the right conditions to have regular conversations and contributions from parties across all sectors within our community. Central to this, is our shared common goal of meeting the health, social and wellbeing needs of our local population combining and maximising all our assets and resources to make this vision a reality.

The event is open to all local people in Broxtowe and will be led by Dr Tim Heywood, Nottingham West Primary Care Network (PCN) Clinical Lead.

The event which runs from 11am – 1pm will take place using Zoom. You will receive a notification detailing the link to follow and event information at the beginning of November.

We hope you will join us for what we hope will be an enjoyable and informative event.
