This is a 2 hour session on Zoom for adults with learning disabilities or autism. In this session you will learn about relationships


This workshop is about safe and healthy relationships We will think about types of relationships and how they are differentWe will talk about what makes a good or bad friend or romantic partnerWe will think about the part that sex can play in relationshipsWe will learn about where else we can get help with these thingsAll the workshops will be fun and relaxed and you will have lots of chances to ask questions. At the end we will have 45 minutes of free time to chat to the people you meet and maybe arrange to do other thingsMae hon yn sesiwn 2 awr ar Zoom i oedolion ag anableddau dysgu neu awtistiaeth. Yn y sesiwn hon byddwch yn dysgu am berthnasoedd.Mae’r gweithdy hwn yn trafod perthnasoedd diogel ac iach.Byddwn yn meddwl am fathau o berthnasau ac ym mha ffyrdd maen nhw’n wahanol.Byddwn yn trafod beth sy’n gwneud ffrind neu bartner rhamantus da neu ddrwg.Byddwn yn meddwl am y rhan y gall rhyw ei chwarae mewn perthnasoedd.Byddwn yn dysgu ble arall y gallwn gael cymorth gyda’r pethau hyn.Bydd yr holl weithdai yn hwyliog a hamddenol a bydd digon o gyfleoedd ichi ofyn cwestiynau. Ar y diwedd bydd gennym 45 munud o amser rhydd i sgwrsio â’r bobl yr ydych yn eu cyfarfod ac efallai i drefnu gwneud pethau eraill.
