Sparc - Sex and Sexuality workshop for adults with learning disabilities and/ or autism. Learn about sex and our right to be sexual

This workshop is about sex and sexualityWe will learn about sexWe will learn about different ways we express our sexuality and who we fancyWe will learn about our rights to have sex or to say no to sexWe will learn some of the law about sexWe will learn where else we can get help about sexAll the workshops will be fun and relaxed and you will have lots of chances to ask questions. At the end we will have 45 minutes of free time to chat to the people you meet and maybe arrange to do other things

Byddwn yn dysgu am ein hawliau i gael rhyw neu i ddweud na wrth ryw.
Byddwn yn dysgu rywfaint am y gyfraith sy’n gysylltiedig â rhyw.
Byddwn yn dysgu ble arall y gallwn gael cymorth gyda rhyw.
Bydd yr holl weithdai yn hwyliog a hamddenol a bydd digon o gyfleoedd ichi ofyn cwestiynau. Ar y diwedd bydd gennym 45 munud o amser rhydd i sgwrsio â’r bobl yr ydych yn eu cyfarfod ac efallai i drefnu gwneud pethau eraill.
