PLEASE SCROLL FOR ENGLISH *Mae ColegauCymru yn eich gwahodd i Fforwm Lles Actif De-Ddwyrain Cymru yn Y Coleg Merthyr Tudful ar 10 Ebrill 2025."Lles Actif ac amgylcheddau ffyniannus - creu sector addysg bellach mwy actif yng Nghymru."O dan y thema amgylcheddau ffyniannus, bydd y digwyddiad yn adolygu effaith lles actif mewn colegau addysg bellach ac yn trafod sut y gall poblogaeth addysg bellach fwy actif gefnogi dyfodol mwy actif yng Nghymru.Mae themâu allweddol y fforwm yn cynnwys:<ul><li>Amgylcheddau Ffyniannus - mabwysiadu ymagwedd fwy ataliol at well iechyd meddwl a lles.</li><li>Mynd i'r Afael ag Anghydraddoldebau - cyrraedd y dysgwyr hynny yng nghymunedau'r coleg sydd â rhwystrau i gyfranogiad.</li><li>Gweithlu'r Dyfodol - creu llwybrau newydd i ddysgwyr gefnogi eu cyfoedion a chymunedau lleol.</li></ul>Bydd y fforwm yn gyfle gwych i sefydliadau gysylltu â’r sector addysg bellach a chefnogi ColegauCymru i gyflawni ei weledigaeth o Golegau Actif / Bywydau Actif / Cymru Actif. Bydd pob digwyddiad yn ymgysylltu â dysgwyr addysg bellach a llysgenhadon ochr yn ochr â staff y coleg ac ystod o randdeiliaid allanol o'r sectorau chwaraeon a lles.Bydd rhaglen y fforwm yn cael ei rhannu dros y dyddiau nesaf, os hoffech ragor o wybodaeth ymlaen llaw cysylltwch â Rob.Baynham@ColegauCymru.ac.uk.Edrychwn ymlaen at eich croesawu ym mis Mawrth. --- ColegauCymru invites you to our forthcoming South-East Wales Active Wellbeing Forum at The College Merthyr Tydfil on 10 April 2025."Active Wellbeing and thriving environments, creating a more active FE sector in Wales."Under the theme of thriving environments, the event will review the impact of active wellbeing in FE colleges and discuss how a more active FE population can support a more active future in Wales.Key themes for the forum include: <ul><li>Thriving Environments - taking a more preventative approach to better mental health and wellbeing.</li><li>Tackling Inequalities - reaching those learners in college communities with barriers to participation.</li><li>Future Workforce - creating new pathways for learners in supporting their peers and local communities.</li></ul>The forum will provide a great opportunity for organisations to connect with the FE sector and support ColegauCymru in achieving its vision of Active Colleges / Active Lives / Active Wales. Each event will engage with FE learners and ambassadors alongside college staff and a range of external stakeholders from the sport and wellbeing sectors.The forum programme will be shared in the coming days, if you would like more information in advance please contact Rob.Baynham@ColegauCymru.ac.uk.We look forward to welcoming you in April.
