A journey of self-discovery and holistic healing to elevate your inner being, through reflective activities and collective consciousness.

This virtual personal development series spans across three weeks, whereby we dive into four different workshops. Delivered by Natasha Mutebi an award-winning beauty pageant, qualified mindful coach and recent Masters graduate in Global Public Health and Policy.We start with an introduction to thyself, which gives you the knowledge and understanding of how to discover your soul and achieve self mastery. The following workshop looks at how meditation and mindfulness are accessible practices to nurture self-care and self-awareness. The third workshop 'Unveiling the Image' emphasises the power of reflection and used Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi as a theme in pre-workshop exercises and in-session reflective activities. Lastly we have the closing workshop 'From Vision to Fruition', discuss how we manifest our visions into reality, using vision board, smart goals, and accountability. The last pre-workshop exercises build upon the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai to encourage self-exploration and strategically plan life goals. We also create and design our vision boards as a collective activity.COVID-19 GUIDELINES IN PLACE
