A workshop to  provide you with tools and guidance to confidently use surveys in gathering insights and feedback from your community.

There are many reasons why your community rail organisation might want to undertake surveys - from measuring impact and large scale consultations, to gathering feedback from a small number of project beneficiaries.This interactive online workshop will provide you with tools and guidance to confidently use surveys in gathering insights and feedback from your community. Book a place via this eventbrite page and you'll get the zoom link out a couple of days before the session. Remember to make a note of the date in your own calendar to ensure you don't miss it.The workshop will be on zoom and there will be a short comfort break mid session. The session will be participatory so we will expect cameras to be on for most of the time.If you don't get a confirmation email contact training@communityrail.org.uk and we can check you have made a booking.If you find you can't attend please cancel your place so that we can offer it to someone else.Bookings close on Thursday 14th March at 9.30am.Community Rail Network members can use the free Impact platform for sending out surveys and this will be referenced in the workshop although the content will apply to surveys in general.
