• I accept that hill walking can be dangerous and as such, I accept a certain element of risk.
• I am fit enough to take part in a weekend of walking in the hills.
• I understand that I am covered by standard scouting insurance. Please note that your equipment is not insured.
• I confirm I have a full role for a regulated activity in the Scouts
• I confirm that I know of no reason why I should not take part in this activity.
• I have read the Risk Assessments produced for this activity and I understand and accept the risk contained within.
• Applications for an assessment must be a copy of your logbook.
