We will learn how to be safe when we do online datingWe will learn about contraception (Contraception is things we can use to stop us getting pregnant by accident when we have sex)We will learn how to keep your body safe from sexually transmitted infections (germs we can pass to each other through sex)We will learn about where you can get more help and support about being safe in relationshipsAll the workshops will be fun and relaxed and you will have lots of chances to ask questions. At the end we will have 45 minutes of free time to chat to the people you meet and maybe arrange to do other thingsMae hon yn sesiwn 2 awr ar Zoom i oedolion ag anableddau dysgu neu awtistiaeth. Yn y sesiwn hon byddwch yn dysgu am fod yn ddiogel yn ystod rhyw a pherthnasoedd. 
Byddwn yn dysgu sut i fod yn ddiogel pan fyddwn yn dêtio ar-lein.

Byddwn yn dysgu am atal cenhedlu (Atal cenhedlu yw pethau y gallwn eu gwneud i’n rhwystro rhag dod yn feichiog ar ddamwain pan fyddwn yn cael rhyw) 

Byddwn yn dysgu sut i gadw ein corff yn ddiogel rhag heintiau a drosglwyddir yn rhywiol (germau y gallwn eu trosglwyddo i’n gilydd yn ystod rhyw)
Byddwn yn dysgu ble gallwch gael mwy o gymorth a chefnogaeth er mwyn bod yn ddiogel mewn perthnasau.
Bydd yr holl weithdai yn hwyliog a hamddenol a bydd digon o gyfleoedd ichi ofyn cwestiynau. Ar y diwedd bydd gennym 45 munud o amser rhydd i sgwrsio â’r bobl yr ydych yn eu cyfarfod ac efallai i drefnu gwneud pethau eraill.
