The Newcastle Helix has a MSCP on site. Car Park location: Corporation Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 5QB. The pay by phone service is via Web site: https://www.paybyphone.co.uk.  On arrival, park in a pay and display bay. log onto pay by phone, input the pay by phone location code which is 807148

What is the cancellation policy if I am no longer able to attend?

Accepted Answer

With all proceeds raised from this event going towards charity, I'm afraid there are no refunds available.  Tickets for the day can be transferred to another individual but we do need to know of any such transfers ahead of this happening as we will be checking people in on the day.

I am not yet a business owner, but am looking to set up.  Is this event for me?

Absolutely yes!  Whilst a lot of the topics will be covering challenges that you might not encounter at the very start of your business journey, the discussion around these could help you avoid them further down the line.

I am an employee rather than a business owner, can I still register?

This event is aimed at current and future business owners and we fully expect us to sell out the event.  We will subsequently be prioritising this group first but of course would love to have you with us also if spaces remain after these tickets are first allocated out.

We want to share success and struggle to help people be heard; no matter the stage of the business journey, to elevate the North to the platform it deserves.  We need to inspire people to ask for help, think differently, think better and be the best version of themselves inside and outside of work.
