Our evidence-based, open access courses are hosted online via Teams and have been developed to encourage as many people as possible to increase their knowledge and confidence.In this extended mental health awareness session, you’ll go into more detail and be provided with practical skills to:<ul><li>explain the term ‘mental health’</li><li>identify common mental health problems</li><li>learn how to talk to someone who is distressed</li><li>understand the effect stress can have on mental health and wellbeing</li><li>identify available mental health support and how to look after your own wellbeing.</li></ul>If you have any questions about our open access courses, contact us at training@cpslmind.org.uk
