Arts Well: Grow is a programme of development for people interested in arts, health and wellbeing.

Good practice for self-care - Many practitioners involved in delivering creative activities for others forget to find the time and techniques to look after themselves and ensure that their own health and wellbeing are supported, especially during this pandemic. This workshop will introduce approaches to self-care and provide you with tools so that you can continue to support yourself and others effectively. The session will be delivered by Jayne Howard, Director of Arts Well CIC. Jayne has many years experience of arts and health and was the recipient of the Arts and Health South West Individual Contribution award 2016 for her significant contribution to the arts and health field.Feedback from previous workshops has been overwhelmingly positive:“The workshops were educational, practical and enlightening.
