The Dragon Café provides a unique, relaxing and creative space, open to all every Monday. We are an innovative provider of creative and social support for current, past and on-going mental ill health, offering a wide range of wellbeing & arts activities.

Let your body lead the way in this liberating, ecstatic Flomotion dance session.We are invited to bring our awareness very deliberately to our bodies, our breath and to follow our own movement. The facilitation encourages us to move spontaneously and follow movement impulses; that there are no right or wrong movements, that we don’t need to know what we are doing. It is a ticket to bypass judgement, self-criticism and inertia.Flomotion is a heady mix of relaxation, joy and physical freedom.
