Hill Session on Drax Avenue / Copse Hill.

Lauriston Runners Club

This training session is for members of Wimbledon Windmilers only
Meet: opposite the black door (&quot;Lauriston Runners Club&quot;) in the wall at the north end of Lauriston Road near the junction with Southside Common. 
Distance: Approx 10 km total (6.2 miles)
Pace: Suitable for all paces/abilities as long as you can run the distance.
Session: RAMP Warm-Up (Raise, Activate, Mobilise, Potentiate). Easy paced warm up jog to the junction of Barham Road/Copse Hill. Drills. Efforts are a continuous 12 mins clockwise utilising Cose Hill/Drax Ave. then 12 mins anti-clockwise. Cool Down jog at easy pace back to Lauriston Road. Static stretches.
COVID-19 rules: By registering for this session you agree to follow the club&#x27;s participant session rules (https://www.windmilers.org.uk/node/18127). You also confirm that, within the last 14 days, you have not (1) experienced symptoms of Covid-19, (2) tested positive for Covid-19, (3) been living with someone who has recently tested positive, or (4) been required to quarantine for any other reason. If the answer is yes to any of these between now and the club session, you will cancel your place, self-isolate, and report your infection to NHS Test &amp; Trace and to the club. You will bring to the attention of the club coaches any medical condition that may be relevant to participating safely in club activities, obtaining medical approval from your GP as needed. 
COVID-19 symptoms: If you have attended a session then subsequently realise you have symptoms of Covid-19, please let the club know, as well as contacting NHS Test &amp; Trace, and please don&#x27;t wait until you have a positive test result before telling us. If you have any questions about the club&#x27;s Covid-19 procedures or wish to let us know that you may have Covid-19, please contact our Covid-19 Coordinator, Anne Davies, at secretary@windmilers.org.uk
Toilets &amp; bag drop: Please assume that there are no toilets and no bag drop facility, unless specified otherwise by the coach. Any property is left entirely at the owner&#x27;s risk. Please arrive dressed ready to run.
