How can we create a productive, sustainable environment for our teams to work from?

The global pandemic has accelerated new thinking about the future of our working behaviour and habits. What are the benefits - and the costs - of an increasingly remote workforce? How can we bring life back to our local town centres and create a productive, sustainable environment for our teams to work from?
Centering around data from their recent ‘What If’ paper and ‘Boot the Commute’ survey, the team at Town Square will encourage some stimulating conversations around the future of the workplace and help attendees to develop a strategy for the future of their own workforce
.Who is it for?Purpose driven companies, CICs, charities or social enterprises with teams, or those looking to take on new team members.FormatTown Square will introduce attendees to their Boot the Commute and What if papers and examine what the initial data could mean for them. 
Attendees will then form break-out groups to discuss three questions surrounding the future of work and their opinions and thoughts as professionals.
There will then be a group discussion on insights and findings, and an opportunity for Q&A.
Town Square will send the What If paper to all attendees for them to read before the webinar.
FacilitatorsAs founder of eScalate Hub <a href="https://thetownsquare.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TownSq</a>, Gareth Jones has worked with hundreds of businesses to go from idea to growth. TownSq is a B Corp that creates startup communities. Gareth is also a member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, as well as other roles supporting and investing in startups.Lucy Wendon is the community manager at the Eco Business Centre in Bicester, one of Town Square’s community work spaces.This workshop will be delivered online via Zoom.
