If LIVING Life seems like a distant memory, and you feel exhausted - trapped under tons of work - let's talk Boundaries & fix this struggle.

We&#x27;ve all heard and read the advice - go for walks, do sport, drink more water, make time for the people in your life that matter.... But it&#x27;s one thing to want to do it, it&#x27;s another to actually find HOW to get yourself to do it.<h3>If you&#x27;re:</h3><ul><li> overwhelmed, </li><li>overworked and </li><li>burning out - </li><li>unable to switch off your brain from work-mode, </li><li>struggling with the endless To Do List, </li><li>missing LIVING life rather than surviving it and perhaps </li><li>thinking &#x27;I have so much work, and NO time for laziness, rest, recreation, friends etc.&#x27;- this talk is for you.</li></ul>Trust me, I worked 70h even 80h weeks for too long. So I hear and I get you - and honestly for a long while work gave me a lot of comfort - the predictability, the control I had, the adrenaline spikes and excitement of new projects or finished ones - it was all good. Until... burnout, To Do List overwhelm and a sense of having lost the living part in life got too much and I started to struggle with it all. And when I had enough, I walked over 380km in 3 weeks while on the Portuguese Camino, started listening to podcasts, bought books, paid for courses and more so I can get a grip and get my life back - insert LIVING in my Life again. It&#x27;s a long journey, but this far all the hard work on my work boundaries (yes, I know it&#x27;s ironic) is paying off - and I am ready to share the reflections, solutions and advice that has helped me build and also maintain my work boundaries.
