About this Event

"Breathwork has changed my life in so many positive ways, that I love to share it with others.

These 30 minute breath mediations are designed to help you reduce stress, and increase your resilience and wellbeing. Breath is incredibly powerful, yet also simple and literally right under our noses. Breathing well is a learnt skill that can have profound effects on our physical, emotionally and mental health. When we learn to master our breath, we learn to master life.

Come and learn about the power of your Breath to bring relaxed aliveness to your Body, Mind & Soul.

If you wish for more privacy on Zoom you could always turn the camera off or change your name of the device for the Zoom meeting. Deborah can guide you more easily when you can be seen but please choose whatever works best for you.
