Kaia Allen-Bevan, Founder of YouthTheGap CIC (Knowledge Exchange Facilitator) Kaia is the CEO and award-winning founder of the multi-award-winning consultancy YouthTheGapCIC, which is on a mission to reimagine the possibilities of education. YouthTheGapCIC works directly with schools to identify gaps and co-create solutions to fix them, taking the weight off of teachers’ shoulders by harnessing the power of youth. Tom Kenyon, Head of Collective Impact at The RSA Tom helps cross-sector organisations work together to achieve ecosystem change. At the RSA he has led programmes focused on non-formal skills, the creative economy and building social capital. Samantha Hornsby, Co-Founder at ERIC Sam is Co-Founder of ERIC, a free app for young people who want to a career in the creative industries. ERIC's mission is to provide every young person with the tools and knowledge to make educated decisions about their career options in the creative world, and connect them with opportunities where they can build skills, experience and confidence. Anthony Gray, Head of Talent and Artist Development at Southbank Centre Anthony serves as the driving force behind talent and artist development at Southbank Centre. He collaborates with creatives, colleagues, and external partners to lead on programmes and projects that grow the artists and creatives of the future by unlocking talent, developing creative practice and opening up pathways to employment in the arts and creative industries
