Discover how we will ensure the census data are of high quality and fit for purpose. 

It is now less than five months until the Census in England and Wales takes place on 21 March 2021. It is essential that we get it right and that the whole population has the chance to provide the information that can help to ensure their communities are well served. Quality assurance is the process by which we check the final results are of the highest possible quality. 
This session will provide a description of the checks we will carry out to provide users with the confidence to use the statistics as the basis of making decisions.

Aims:
1. Explain how the quality assurance of data contributes to the overall quality of the census results
2. Describe how we will assure both the census processes and the final estimates
3. Share our plans for comparing the census results to other sources of data
4. Invite suggestions of further checks or information on quality that should be published
