He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management. Richard has over twenty years experience as a practitioner, coach and leadership development specialist. He's also the host of the popular podcast about workplace psychology '<a href="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" title="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Pocket Psych</a>'.Ross is an organsiational psychologist and coach, and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). With over 25 years of experience coaching senior leaders, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development and team collaboration.
